Day 341

Day 341 was filled with many surprises.

1. I finally learned how to jump start a car. I know. I know. How do I know how change a tire and an LCD on a laptop but not know how to jump start a car. Well..no problem. I learned and I can teach you too.

A. Red goes to red.
B. The other color goes to the other color.
C. Do NOT let the metal parts touch each other.
D. Connect and start your car.

2. I had never in my life been to a water park. I went to the Palmdale's infamous Dry Town Water Park and it was soooo much fun and scary. I actually hit my head coming down one of the slides but no fear, I survived, obviously. So yeah..you know what that means, right? Bathing suit pictures...yeah. Normally I wouldn't post these pictures but I'm tired of people harrassing me for pictures of me in a bathing suit( I'm talking to you DBledsoe69@hotmail.com) Enjoy!

3. Another thing I had never done was attend a surprise party. My good friend, Meghan turned 25 and had a surprise party but it was ruined thanks to Adam. Way to go, Adam. I'm still counting it because the cupcakes were very delicious.

Rumors

Many of you may have seen photos floating of me playing beer pong at Sam and Heather's BBQ and are disillusioned with me. I understand and I would be too except that I was playing with water. So no sweat, sugar peas. I continue to only drink water and straight too. I don't add anything except for ice.

Do I crave anything? YES! Oh man. Do I? I originally started this water streak because I was drinking way too many soft drinks and fruit juices and not enough H2O. The first thing in the morning I crave is orange juice or Gatorade. I thought alcohol would be hard to give up but it wasn't. I love beer and they had plenty of it at the BBQ...a keg of wheat beer, Heineken Light and Pacifico. All beers I enjoy thoroughly but I was able to stick to water even thought people gave me a hard time. You know what I told them? No, I didn't lecture them about peer pressure but I told them I was pregnant. Oh man...it was awesome. People will let you get away with murder if you tell them your pregnant and they wont smoke in front of you.

Positive: No headaches and less calories
Negative: Have you ever had water with chips or junk food? It sucks. Water ruins any food that is bad for you. It makes me question my food choices.

Day 361 and on...

Day 364:

1. Take sister to college orientation-

2. Be an awesome sister

3. Help friend move

4. Explore Sacramento

5. Try a different wine(Gewurztraminer)

So these past couple of days I have been in Hawaii...so lets continue..

Day 361: Go to Hawaii
I really did love Hawaii. My sister said it would be cheesy and I was scared by the families I saw boarding the plane but I loved it.

Day 359: Hike Diamond Head crater which websites refer to as "the most famous crater in the world." Sweaty, fun but it was amazing just being up there in the early morning which I'm usually not partial to.

Day 358: Hike Manoa Falls. This was really neat because Lost has filmed here and you can tell your in Lost country once you begin the hike. Beautiful and green. Unfortunately, I mildly sprained my ankle on this hike while I was coming down.

Day 358: Go to a Luao ....which was amazing. Although my friend Briawana wanted to stalk the tour bus guide, Kai, afterwards. She is such a weird girl but I love her. Now I have a need to learn to properly hula(new goal).

Day 357: Met a local hottie, Missie(sp?) who was hot and was charmed by my football knowledge. I have been following football for 14 years and this has never happened. It was awesome but as many of you know I prefer guys with glasses so alas...kissing someone is still on the goal list.

Day 356: Parasailed! I tried not to get sick.

The rest of the days were filled with beach romps and drunken debauchery. Hawaii is great for anyone. If you like to drink or if you wish to get a prostitute or hike some of the best scenery the continental US does not offer...warm waters and warm people. I heart Hawaii.

New Goals:

1.Guitar. So, I want to learn the guitar and will open with doing an accoustic version of "Don't Cha" by the world famous Pussycat Dolls

2. Learn to Hula

3. Learn the Hawaiian language. My friend Marion and I have taken on the mission to let you know the Hawaiian language is an endagered language and we wish to learn to speak it and pass it on to our offspring(if we have any) or maybe your offspring. We want to bring the language back and figure it'll be easy since there are only 12 words in their alphabet.

4. Training Camp- Pittsburgh Steelers

5. Half Marathon - (in progress) as far as training but I haven't signed up yet.

6. Kiss someone...you'll be the first to know when this happens, dear diary.

7. Have my ex not hate me. (In progress) We are now friends on facebook after I brought him chocolates from Hawaii but then someone asked one of my close friends, why he hated me so much after a conversation they had.. so maybe not...

8. Water

9. Computer-Build

Oh, yeah. Day 352: Started my own private FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE. This is the year I won't be trash talking with strangers but actual people I know. Yah!!

* Now I'm including pictures because certain people have questioned the authenticity of this blog. Enjoy

So..What can I do in 365.4 Days?

Well..What can I do in 365 Days? What do I want to do?

1. Half Marathon. It seems scary, challenging and if I completed something 13.1 miles I would be proud of myself but this should be near the bottom of my list. It should be near the bottom based on I don't care as much about it.

2. Help more kids get into college. I love helping people get into college. I don't really think I need to say more than that.

3. Guitar. Yeah, guitar would be awesome. Wow, I'm such a talented writer. Why don't I just add novelist to my list?

4. Actually, screenplay. Yeah, it should not take a year but maybe a weekend holed up in a seedy hotel with take out and my laptop.

5. Picking and practicing the perfect karaoke song. I've done "Suddenly I See" and my friend Marion liked it but I think I can challenge myself and find that perfect song to impress my friends and deleting the need to look through those huge catalogs of songs.

6. Woo's band page needs to finished with photos.

7. Ace these crazy science classes I'm taking.

8. Kiss someone. It's been way too long. I mean..a guy....not Catherine. Is Catherine my last kiss? Wow..my last kiss is a triple kiss with Marion and Catherine on New Years. It sounds great in theory but I think I need to step it up.

But I'm leaving for Hawaii in ....a couple of days and I'm leaving for Davis tomorrow. I need to start with...

1. Showering
2. Packing
3. Filling my car with gas

and then I'll continue with my list..
